What we collect
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to know how many people visit the website and which pages they view. It measures the page visited, the source of the visit, the country, the device type and the browser. This tool sets no cookies and does not track visitors from one site to another.
- Why: to understand how the website is used and improve it.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the website's traffic.
- Mandatory or not: these statistics are anonymous and aggregated; they require nothing from you.
- Provider: Vercel Inc.
Booking a call
To book a call, the website opens a window provided by Cal.com. This window is only loaded when you click “Book a call”: until you click, your browser does not contact Cal.com's servers. Once the window is open, Cal.com receives your IP address and the information you enter (name, email address, chosen time slot, optional message); it processes it and passes it on to us to organize the call.
- Why: to arrange an appointment at your request.
- Mandatory or not: providing this information is optional, but needed to book a slot. You can also write to us directly.
- Legal basis: steps you request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest.
- Provider: Cal.com.
Your messages
If you write to us, we keep your email address and the content of your message in order to reply. You are not required to write to us; without a message from you, we hold no contact details about you.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests.
Display preference
Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to our servers.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, which is why it shows no consent banner. The Cal.com booking service may set its own cookies when you use it: see its policy for details.
How long do we keep your data?
- Messages and booking requests: 3 years after the last contact
- Visit statistics: 12 months, the period applied by Vercel Web Analytics
Who receives your data?
Your data is available to the Cascade team and to our technical providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting and audience measurement) and Cal.com (booking). These providers process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are safeguarded: Vercel relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and Cal.com, Inc. participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and otherwise relies on the same clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing, object to it, and request its portability. To exercise your rights, write to bonjour@cascade.coop or directly to our data protection officer: alexandre@cascade.coop.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL: cnil.fr.
